Refunds on Ovivio are simple! You can refund a payment by following these steps:
Finance > Payments > Add a negative value (e.g. -100) > Select payment method: Refund.
Issuing a refund will update and increase the child's outstanding balance.
Note: A negative value can only be added when the payment method is set to "refund".
