Parent App | How do I Switch Between Children?

What to do when your child has started at a new nursery that also uses Ovivio, or you have more than one child at the same Ovivio nursery

If you have more than one child at a nursery using the Ovivio Parent App, you can easily switch between their profiles on the parent app. This is only possible if both children are registered with the same email address.

The same is true if it's the same child but registered at two nurseries using the Ovivio Parent App.

How to Switch Profiles

  1. Open the Ovivio Parent App.

  2. Tap the three-line menu (burger menu) in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Next to your child's name, tap the downward-facing arrow.

  4. From the dropdown list, select the profile for your other child.

Switching profile troubleshooting

If you don't see a second profile, please check with your nursery to confirm that the same email address has been listed for both of your children's accounts.
