I'm a staff member at a nursery using the Ovivio software, and I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Reset Password as Staff Member

Resetting your password is quick and simple. Please follow the steps below.

  • Type your nursery's URL (e.g. https://nursery-name.workspace.uk.ovivio.com) into the internet browser & your login page will appear.

  • Click forgotten your password? This is under the sign in button.

  • Type your email address in & click request password reset.

  • This will then send a reset link to your email address.

  • Access your email. Please check your inbox, junk & spam mail.

  • Click the reset password button.

  • Input new password & input it again to confirm.

  • Finally, click change password.

  • You will now be able to successfully log in to your Oivivo platform.

I am still unable to log in, what shall I do?
