Sessions
On Ovivio, there are two types of sessions that you can set up.
Fixed Session Time: This is a session with a set time & cost.
Flexible Hourly Session: This is a session without a set time & has an hourly rate.
Create a Fixed Session
More > Settings > Finance > Sessions > Create > Fixed Session Time > Input start & finish time > Add any consumables attached > Input fees > Save.
Create a Flexible Hourly Session
More > Settings > Finance > Sessions > Create > Flexible Hourly Session > Add any consumables attached > Input fees > Save.
Scheduling Session Cost Changes
On Finance 3, you can schedule a change to your session cost for the future:
Add current session fees > + Add Fees below > click calendar next to ‘Start Date’ for when you want fees to change > insert new fees.
You are also able to schedule a session cost for a consumable.
