Staff Management Overview

Manage your staffing requirements from an efficient and intelligent centralised system that integrates with the wider Ovivio platform.

Staff features

To view all of Ovivio's staffing features go to:

  • More > Staff

In the left side tab, you will see:

  • Staff List: Onboard new staff members and view and edit their profiles.

  • Staff Register: Register for staff members to clock in and out of work.

  • Staff Worklog: Timesheet of actual worked hours that are logged from the staff register. This can be edited and exported for payroll by managers.

  • Staff Rota: Schedule staff shifts based on staffing and occupancy requirements for each room.

  • Staff Leaves: Manage staff member’s holidays and absences.

  • Staff Attendance: See the variation between planned shifts and actual hours worked. This can be edited by managers.
