Children starting, signed up and leaving
These three reports have similar functions. They exist to tell you which children are signed up or will soon be starting and leaving your setting. You can filter by date, room and age for a more detailed breakdown of this report, and export as a PDF for a permanent copy.
How to export the children starting, signed up and leaving report
More > Reports > Starting, signed up or Leaving > Filter by date range > Filter by room > Filter by age > Click export > Select manager or administrator > Export.
Top tip: If you click the ‘x’ in the end date box it will make all children's leave & start dates visible!
On the group platform, these reports look similar, but summarise the child data as overall setting data. To view the nursery-level data, simply click on the site name.
